Transworld power supplies

Model ATX-250W, included in some Cinch cases, such as the cheap ones from Fry's. Rated for 1.5A standby but the three samples I tested couldn't put out even half this much for more than 20 seconds before shutting down.

Do people still use 250W PSU's? I have 400W and all my friends have 300 at min.

Yeah, there are people around who use 250w power supplies still. I would think that the "standard" has been moved to the 300w level though.
