Question Trident Z neo running no where near rated speeds

Kit rated at 3600mhz any attempt to run at a decent speed (3000, 3200, 3400, 3600) has failed. I dont know anything about voltage or timings anyone got any help?
motherboard: b450f
Ram: trident z neo 3600
Psu: asus rog strix 750 watt
Gpu: asus rog strix rtx 2070
Cpu: ryzen 7 2700x
