Ah I can bench about 275 right now.
Moving away from heavier lifting and transitioning into more of a general fitness, more power over strength. I've been slacking off for a while and this weekend it starts full force.
I'm pushing 260lbs.. a guy I work with is 6'4" and 300lbs. He makes me look little he's chunky, I'm not. Need to shed some of that muscle size.. simple increase in power over strength.
