Trouble with X800XT

Hi, I've been having this little annoying problem since I build this PC in jan'05, my computer has this:

AMD Athlon 64 3800+
MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum Mobo
ATI Radeon X800 XT (AGP 8x)
Corsair 1GB DDR400 XMS3200

The problem I have is that viewing video, 3D games or scrolling on big pictures I get this pause (Eg. I am playing Guild Wars and I start scrolling in circles and it doesn't do it smoothly it goes, pauses and continues). The pause its long 300-400ms and does it every 1-2 secs. Any of you have seen this problem or know what it can be?? I have latest catalyst drivers, Nforce drivers, Bios...

Could be your settings are to high on Guild Wars to play at smooth FPS. Do you know what FPS you are getting? Could be drivers arent compatible for Guild Wars. Other than that im stumped

Hm its not GW, I'ts DivX encoded movies, picture scrolling, CS, CS:Source, HL2, everything :s

And I have tried lowering all the settings, still the same...

(Just tried original CS and did the same thing as GW, pressed right key and just moved in circles and every 2 secs I have this pause and continues... :S My laptop has a 64MB Radeon 9000 and runs everything perfect and smooth
