When I boot up my computer, quite frequently it will get stuck at the BIOS boot screen or will go to a screen that says that the monitor is receiving no signal and then the monitor shuts off. When this happens, the VGA_LED is lit. After powering down and on the computer enough times, it will get through to windows where then everything works fine and has no problems. Another problem I am having is when the BIOS boot screen shows and I boot into the BIOS, I can navigate through the BIOS fine for maybe a few seconds until the screen freezes and my mouse and keyboard become unresponsive. I am not sure if these two problems are related but help will be appreciated. I have tried clearing CMOS and booting on the computer without my GPU connected. I am using ASUS Prime Z270-A motherboard and MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X GPU. Thanks.
