Troubleshooting Help

I just built a new system, MSI P67A-GD65, MSI N560GTX-ti, Corsair VengeanceLP 16GB DDR3, Seasonic 760Watt Gold, Intel 2500k, Seagate Momentus xt 500GB Hard Drive and Win 7 Home Premium. First of all, at start up when you should get a single beep, I get a multitude of beeps, a combo of short fast and 1 or 2 longer ones, unlike anything described on MSI's page. Then sometimes, windows will fail to start and I get the "Do You Want to Repair" screen. Most times the repair or restore works and it works fine for a couple days then it fails again. Now at least one of these errors was directly linked to a windows update and have since de-activated auto update, but these errors and erratic beeps continue. WTH?
