I have played a lot of arma 3 and i really love the game , but the game optimalistation is just bad !
Arma needs a good CPU and a lot of vram. If i was you i would go with a r9 280 ( i have a r9 270x and have everything on ultra , except hdr and pip ) or a r9 290 4gb. With the money you save , buy a good cpu fan and OC your CPU ! i OC my i7 2600k from 3.8 to 4.4 Ghz and got 7 FPS extra.
