TS Licensing in 2003

We've upgraded from 2k to 2k3 but it appears the licenses
were not upgraded to 2k3 and now I'm receiving a message
that the temp licenses are about to expire.

Do I need to purchase new licenses?

Yes, you need 2003 CALs and TS CALs for all clients, including W2K
Pro and XP Pro. Check the details here:
