Hello
So I have this problem where I want to disable hyperthreading for certain processes, but not globally on my computer. I did some testing on CS:GO with HT on and off, and the differences was quite noticeable. Putting in a table of my average fps while using the CSGO fps benchmark map, with HT on and off.
I tried setting affinity on the process by disabling core 1 3 5 7, which would be the HT cores. This gave me worse performance than with HT on.
Any ideas would be highly appreciated
My CPU is an I7-6700.
