[SOLVED] TV half booting up weird problem

My TV is not fully turning on whenever I press the power button. The display panel lights up but then the software doesn't start such as showing the tv logo like it usually does. Just a lit panel. I don't think that it's the LED panel which is broken as there's no sound etc either

I've tried the power draining methods by unplugging and holding the power button, does anyone know what might be the issue here?

Headed home for the weekend but to help others tell us which Tv you are using- a model number is usefull.
Have you done anything lately such as update the firmware?
What are you trying to view, an Hdmi input regular TV over the air, cable thru cable box via HDMI. As you can see there are soo many options.

Sorry I forgot to include the model number, my bad. 48HBT62U.
I updated the firmware of the tv about 2 weeks before it stopped working.
I tried to find old drivers for the TV but can't find any for my model online.
I usually use a Chromecast plugged into the HDMI
