I recently had a computer guy install my Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo Pro for me, and I want to ask you the following about the cooler:
Is it normal that, after a song on youtube ends, I can hear it working?
Because, after reading many reviews, I expected it to be quieter.
Also, will installing the RAM and VGA Heatsinks that came with the cooler make help?

Hearing the fans is normal.Anything video related, even if it's a song on youtube, will cause the card to produce heat.The fans spin up to cool down the card.The RAM heatsinks will help but very little so theirs really no point in adding them.

What graphics card do you have?

A Radeon HD 6870. Fits like a glove.

I was gonna buy the 2nd gen Twin Turbo for my 6870 but I ended up not.
