Okay, I often use Internet explorer for tab syncing since I have a Windows phone.
My bought a laptop about week ago and fiddled around with it a bit (including use IE 11). After a while I thought of doing a clean install on it.
When I registered again on the clean windows, I noticed that in tab sync, it also shows the same laptop under the different name that I had before I made a clean install of Windows 8.1.

-laptop and -pc are the same device, just the -pc was registered first and then the Laptop was formatted and -laptop is the clean OS after the format.
Question is how do I remove the -pc instance of my laptop from my account..
There's option to remove a windows phone device but no option to remove a PC from microsoft accounts website.
