Two power connectors for P4?

I see there's two power connectors on my motherboard, the normal 20 pin one and a 4 pin one that is supposedely for the P4. The instructions aren't very clear, but I think I'm supposed to have both of these plugged in, is this correct?

I'm using P4 2.4 GHz and Abit IS7 mobo.
