Two wifi routers on one pppoe connection

my setup is simple.
one master router to which the lan cable is connected..

one cable from the master router to a network switch(as i wanted to distribute internet to my other flat in the same building where i stay..)

and one connection from the switch to the second router in the other house..

all i want is to configure the slave (second) router to work with the master router to access the internet via lan port or wifi..!

i use a pppoe connection
both routers are of Dlink

I have connected a lan cable comming from the main router to the switch..and frm the switch to the second router
Now i pressed the reset on second router..it restarted
I then connected a lan cable to its lan port and to my laptop
Gave it a little work to do on its own..so here i land up with it detecting that i should use a static ip connection..
Now i have to fill the blanks of..
Ip add
Subnet mask
Gateway add
Primary dns servr
Secondary dns server

Use the LAN port as input on the second router instead of WAN and disable the DHCP. This makes it into a wireless switch in effect.

If the second router has the option you can run it as a AP. In that case you run the cable to the WAN port...but it really becomes just another lan port behind the covers.

To use the lan port as an input..what settings do i need to input

Nothing it should just work....old stuff used to need a crossover cable.

it was just the port issue..connect it to lan port and ahhaa...!
