What makes an item Uber?
I'm coming to the conclusion it has a lot more to do with
how difficult/interesting the item is to acquire than
how powerful the item is.
Take the Skull of Kephros(sp?) from Havish. I finally
found it last night. And it is indeed quite powerful.
(I'm not sure how much enchantment it has on it, but
I'd guess something like 1000+). However, it takes a lot
of work getting it (both finding the way to it and
fighting for it), so I really feel my character
has earned it. So have I since, well, a number of
characters have tried to find it, unsuccessfully.
But if I walked into a house mod and found it, I'd
consider it "uber" and most likely delete the mod
from my playlist as a spoiler.
What's uber to you?
