[SOLVED] UBS and or SDHC to DVD

More information needed.

Basically you would burn the DVD just as if the data came from a HDD, SDD, or another DVD.

Depending on the "burner" software you are using drag the source file to some staging area that, in turn, is used by burner to write to the DVD.

What particular problem are you experiencing? What burner are you using?

The way the OP is worded is sounding like they want a DVD burner that can directly transfer the contents of a USB drive or SD card into a DVD.

Which as far as I know, doesn't exist because the use case isn't likely enough to warrant a product. If such a product is needed, I question why there isn't a computer around that could do the job. And also there's the issue that modern thumb drives and SD card minimum capacities you find in stores these days easily exceed regular DVD capacities.
