Hello,

I am unable to connect to the internet from any PC, Laptop or phone in my household. Everything is connected to the router correctly, and when i go to 192.168.1.1 it shows that there is a internet connection. I am also able to go into the command prompt and ping google successfully.

However, over the wireless symbol in the taskbar it shows "no internet access" and whenever i try and connect to a page from either google chrome or firefox i am greeted with a "Your connection is not private" page.

I have tried googling the error and changing my router password and such but nothing i have tried is working, any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Did you change any seeting on the router? Maybe you can try to reset it.

I have not changed anything before the issues have occurred, i have tried manually resetting it as well as restoring the default settings within the router web gui.

Maybe contact your ISP. They can send someone to check and help you with the problem.

Yeah i figured i'd have to do that, was hoping someone would have some suggestions cus they're beyond useless.
