Unblocking Internet Access

I want to know how can I unblock my laptop's Mac ip address from router configuration. One of my room mate has added my Laptop's MAC id in the restricted list. I can't connect through LAN even.

You'll have to access the configuration of the router and either add the MAC of your laptop to the allowed list or remove the MAC from the blocked list. If you don't have access to the router, ask your room mate to do it.
