Under $100 Speakers

I only have a 4.1 soundcard and $100 to blow on speakers.
I want to know what will be the best 4.1 speakers for mostly watching DVDs with occasional mp3s and games.

I used to have the Creative Labs FPS1000 speakers. They're simple and cheap. Although you may want to spend the money on a good set of headphones and save up for a nicer set of speakers. I know I'll never buy pc speakers again; I'd rather get a receiver/amp and hook that up to my computer and a good set of home theatre speakers.
