i got an acer predator helios 300 with i7-9750H, today i went a lil more into undervolting and arrived at -166mv with clock speed locked to 3800mhz. I ran Ts bench tests along with cpuz bench and stress. But this one time i got '1 error' in Ts bench test so i ran the test again and again but the error disappeared. i guess i ran these tests almost 30 times on various threads. i got the error at 16 threads. This screen shot is of the bench i ran after getting error.
so was it just once in a while error??

the system crashed once while i quit rainbow six siege so i have reduced undervolt to -160mv. any help will be appreciated.

Solution
Yup. Sounds like you found the tipping point. Keep in mind that 6mV = 0.006V (which is 0.6% voltage change from ~1V. No need to split hairs.
