Question undervolting Rtx 2060 Laptop

hello im trying to undervolt my gpu with MSi Afterburner but when im trying to get my average clock i keep getting numbers around 1500-1700mhz and some spikes of 1800mhz, but when i check online the clock speed on a rtx 2060 for laptop is around 1200 with the boost so i dont know whats going on, i didnt oc my gpu and my laptop is a lenovo legion Y740 with a I7 9750h

it always goes above the mentioned boost clocks, same for 1660ti. nothing to worry
