Question Unexplained RAM Usage Discrepancy in Task Manager

My laptop shows 100% RAM usage at 21GB max in the Task Manager user tab when I do something resource-intensive, but I have 32GB of RAM installed. Where is the other 11GB?

Please specify the make and model of your laptop. See if the laptop is pending any BIOS updates. Can you pass on the make and model of your rams in said laptop? You mentioned Task Manager, which version(not edition) are you on(apart from the number of Windows you're on)?
