[SOLVED] Uninstalled gpu now cannot boot

Problem:So uh like i deleted my gpu driver cause i needed to figure out if my driver is causing bsod since i installed it today and bassically my pc doesnt detect it anymore it didnt want to boot its stuck on black screen with circle dogs , so im in safe mode rn and it cant be found in device manager even though its displaying right now.

What I have tried so far: tried getting amd catalyst no luck since it doesnt detect the driver i cant find the manual driver

Operating System: windows 10

Computer Specs: amd 8470 3.5ghz cpu 6gb ram

check Device Manager > Display Adapter. what does it show?

i would first try running DDU and removing what's left of the GPU software, then reinstalling and seeing if AMD software now recognizes the hardware.

Sadly yes , when i check my device manager(it was the first thing i did ) I only see my apu (my api doesnt have an output only my external gpu does) I havent tried ddu yet but I will first thing in the morning but when I boot into safe mode everything is extremely zoomed in and low res I think it's because of the driver.... I currently found 3 potential drivers but will check them tomorrow morning any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated

did you mean Radeon HD 8470 when you wrote "amd 8470"?

from where? you will be taking a big risk using driver packages from any untrusted source.
if anything, just decompress an AMD Catalyst install package you have to a folder and search for a driver there.

i wouldn't be surprised if Windows 10 doesn't naturally support this old GPU. in this case you may want to make a copy of any working driver you get installed and store it somewhere easily accessed so if this happens again you can point Windows right to it without the fuss.
or maybe just update this system to modern standards.
