Question Uninstalling applications on windows 10 but storage doesn't free up

So i am facing this wierd issue on my windows 10 laptop where I just uninstalled approximately 11gb of applications from my local drive but no space clears up, i tried restarting my laptop and still the issue is there.

Download and run a program like spacesniffer (as admin) and see whats up.
Sometimes deleting the apps just moves them to a temp trash folder.
