Uninstalling OS

Hi,
is there a way to uninstall WinXP? Is there a p[rogram that removes all of Windows' files? In addition, I have a 46GB IBM 75GXP HDD, and have about 13GB left. Can I turn that remaining portion into a different partition w/o deleting the data on my hard drive?

If it's working...overclock it!

I'm not sure about question #1.
For the second part, did you look into Partition Magic?

Sorry...I was replying to Flamethrower's question about PartitionMagic being able to do NTFS.
