The Universal serial bus under device manager has the yellow exclamation point on it along with the PCI simple communications controller. I have tried multiple different fixes (uninstalling and re-installing drivers) nothing has worked. I am at my wits end. The ports seem to function minimally, mouse shows that it is a generic ps/2 mouse (which it isn't, scroll wheel doesn't work but everything else does.) In games whenever you press a key or two the game starts to lag horribly (despite normally reaching 400 fps on league of legends) I believe the USB driver mismatch maybe causing this. Please assist I am LOSING IT.

Yeah, try the drivers from MSi website, maybe is and out dated driver. What is the mouse or mouse-keyborad-combo you're using? when you says that you have lag is when you press keys from the keyboard?
