Hey everyone, i'm in the process in building my first PC, at first everything went smooth but after connecting the front pannel connectors I faced these problems that starting to seem frustrating to me.
First I was left with these two cables that I couldn't recognize or what to do with them https://ibb.co/cEd72Q .
And after connecting the cpu fan I tried to connect the fan that is installed from manufacturer in the back of case but I found many motherboard connectors (1 Pump fan connectors and 4 system fan connectors) and I noticed that I was also missing the front 3 fans cables that came with the case too which left me more frustrated.

My case is Silverstone PM01, my motherboard is MSI Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon

Sorry for the long post, I tried to put every information you might need. I would appreciate any help

In your photo, the larger connector on the left is a male 4-pin Molex power connector, with only 2 pins installed. This connector typically is used to connect a power USER to a source, and the source normally is a female (with 4 holes) output from the PSU. I suspect this connector is on a cable that disappears into the front or top of your case. mrjack2207 is probaly right - this one is to get a 12 VDC supply to the case's built-in controller modules for fans and LED's. I suspect that the front three fans and their LED's all are pre-connected to those controller modules, and that's why you are not seeing their connectors lying about. Now, the connector on the right in your photo is NOT a SATA or a 4-pin fan connector. It does not appear...
I believe the cable on the left you plug into your psu to power your fans

Now, the connector on the right in your photo is NOT a SATA or a 4-pin fan connector. It does not appear to be a mini-Molex or Berg connector used to power an older 3½" floppy drive. Where does its cable come from? Does it come from somewhere inside the top / front of your case, just like the other connector? Then MAYBE it is the power source for that rear case fan. A "normal" 4-pin case fan would have a female (with 4 holes) connector on its end a little like that, but with two ridges running down one side. But then it must plug into a male (with PINS) header on a mobo. Since your case comes with built-in fans and its own controller module, maybe that rear case fan does NOT have a "normal" connector on the end of its cable. Maybe it has a MALE connector with 4 PINS that would fit into the female smaller connector on the right of your photo. In that case it cannot fit onto a male (also with pins) mobo fan header.
