Hello,
what i did to fix my problem was:
make sure all usb devices are connected properly before turning the desktop or laptop on.
Consider looking at ur devices to check and see if they are all updated and working properly under device manager.
In my case, i had no way in checking anything b/c my monitor wasn't working. So, I thought maybe there is a faulty connection or there is a problem on the motherboard. I soon found out that after a good clean inside my computer, I all came back to normal. So don't chunk ur computers or buy another b/c they are a better quality compared to the computers now these days.
