Question Unstable gpu usage and FPS

In games, fps drops from 40+ to 0-5. and my cpu usage is stable during the drop, but my gpu usage drops to 0-50%

CPU: core i7-8550U
GPU: MX150
RAM: 8GB

It happens in all games.

. most likely GPU overheating issue as you are reaching close to hotspot threshold
