Bought a new laptop last month, Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5. Can't seem to get stable ping on it. Changed router yesterday and the problem still persists. Updated driver, changed dns, still same issue.

Heres a ping test on the same wi-fi, same distance, nothing disrupting the connection.
Laptop with problem: https://lensdump.com/i/rkANPi

Other laptop: https://lensdump.com/i/rkAurP

Can't seem to figure out what's happening, help :(

On the Lenovo ldeapad: does it have both a wired network adapter and a wireless network adapter?

Is only the wireless network adapter enabled?

On both laptops run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt.

Post the results being sure to indicate which "ipconfig /all" post is which laptop.

Make and model router?

Hi there! Would like to inform on this thread that my issue has been solved by a reddit user yesterday. Turns out, there's an issue for realtek/mediatek cards where having bluetooth turned on completely ruins other wireless connection. Thank you!
