Question Unsure on power supply

So I'm not sure what psu to get. I'm looking to get around a 650 watt psu (I like a little bit of overkill). My system is a ryzen 5 2600, 16gbs ram 3000mhz, rtx 2070, 144hz 1080p monitor (if that matters), and possible overclocking. I want to try to stay under 100 dollars.
