Question Update BIOS on installed Windows.

I updated the latest bios on MPG B550 Gaming Plus, but I had Windows installed before that, will it affect my Windows?
I'm asking this because I was on the ddr3 motherboard a long time ago and I had a Sata SSD, I updated the bios and a blue screen appeared.

if you make changes in bios, you will need to do the same changes after the bios update

The settings for TPM (for Windows 11) have been saved, and the BIOS CSM mode (for old graphics cards) has been saved.
Only AXMP profile turned off, but I turned it on now.
