Hi, for now I use the following components together with latest Windows 11 on a Kingston NVME + 1TB SSD.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-U9S
Motherboard: MSI B550-A PRO (MS-7C56)
Ram: 32GB G.Skill 1600.0 MHz (DDR4-3200 / PC4-25600)
SSD/HDD: KINGSTON SA2000M81000G + CT1000MX500SSD1
GPU: MSI RTX 3070 VENTUS 2X OC, 8GB DDR6 RAM
PSU: be Quiet! Straight Power 11 PC Netzteil ATX 650W BN282 (3,5 years old)
Chassis: forgot name (a nice black one with 3 fans, about 150$ back then)
OS: Windows 11 Pro 23H2
Monitor: BenQ EW3270U
Most games run fine, but Cyberpunk struggles with Rendering in 4k. Alan Wake 2 cant be played flawless in 4k on max.
The budget would be 2500 $ and Im aware I could buy a new PC instead and safe up for a highend graphics card then.
But maybe there are cheaper ways to make Cyberpunk run rendered @60FPS?
MSI says CPU maximum would be Ryzen 9. Matisse, Vermeer? Gen 2 or 3?
Would there be any limitations and/or known problems to keep in mind? Which to avoid?
Even if supported, would a Ryzen 9 PRO 3900 a real improvement on this mainboard? Or would a new mainboard make more sense instead? (bottleneck)
This is where I already struggle searching.
For sure there is faster RAM out there, but which would be in full harmony together with this board and would it be really make much of a difference,
compared to my G.Skills?
A Samsung NVME sounds good to me.
The graphics, what would be an overkill on this board, what would you suggest to buy?
A GeForce RTX 4090 with 25gb of GDDR6X RAM sure sounds fun, but already messes with my budget.
Thank you in advance!
