Question Upgrade failed from i7 14700F to i9 14900k

Hello i almost failed in this upgrade because in cpu benchmark i saw no difference result.idk why i always fail in upgrading, the thing i consider if u own i9 14900k for better result u should run all p core on 6 ghz ,to do that u need to set the core ratio highest possible and raise the icc max to .but mine is cant because in 5.4 ghz during gaming the cpu already reach high enough temperature and if in 6 ghz u know la the cooler deepcool LE720 360MM AIO LIQUID cannot hold it.i need opinion how to make my upgrade better ,i cannot upgrade too much because i already bought the i9 14900k.the i7 14700F also run on 5,4 ghz on 300 icc max.in 6 ghz the mos also will be damage i think

A 14900k was more of a sidegrade than an upgrade for gaming. You are not going to get 6ghz across all cores. 6ghz is single core only. To put it bluntly, you wasted your money getting a 14900k, when you already had a 14700f.

Ridicoulous i think i can run 6 ghz in all p core but its different.i only benefit from more core in gaming that i9 14900k offer a little
