[SOLVED] Upgrade from an A8 7600

I've been planning for a while to upgrade my Cpu, Motherboard, and Ram. I currently have an A8-7600 which is garbage. I was originally looking into these parts but Amazon says it will ship on September 1st, and the third party deals are over $20 more which I'd rather spend on a better cpu:

I've got a budget of about $250 USD,though more can be spent for a significant improvement.

I would like it to be easily compatible with a Wraith Prism cooler I got from a friend, I don't know much about the different mounting methods for cpu coolers.

The ADATA DDR4-3600 kit for $60 is a good price.

Here the Ryzen 3100 is 4c/8t instead of the Ryzen 3200G's 4c/4t. Only having 4 threads is going to be a limiter.
