Question Upgrade from the GTX 960, any ideas?

So i am upgrading my old system with some new up to date components however i only have £100 for the GPU or maybe around £130 at a push. I was thinking a second hand 970 would be good? Or if i can find one a 980?

My current specs before upgrading:
AMD FX 6350 @3.9GHZ
8gb DDR3
GTX 960
2TB HDD

New specs once upgraded
I5 9600KF
8GB DDR4
GPU?
256GB Nvme SSD + 2tb HDD

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU as well as it's age. Depending on that I'd be able to suggest a GPU for that build. Also, what is your preferred site for purchase? Don't get second hand cards.

Sorry forgot to mention it is an EVGA 600w 80+

And those prices were based off CEX, i understand second hand cards are sometimes a risk however i would trust CEX more than Ebay or something.
