Upgrade- Help

Im new here, i was thinking if anyone could give me some advices about an upgrade i want to do.
Im thinking in getting a new Graphics card and a soundCard.
What you guys Sugest?

Actual Rig:

ECS P35T-A MotherBoard
Nvidia XFX9800GT
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 2.66Ghz
6GB Ram
LC6600GP2 - PSU
