Upgrade Ideas

My 2nd PC is getting a bit Old

Asus A7V
AMD 900 Athlon
512MB PC100
GeForce 4200 Ti 8X

All the other components are brand new dvd burner, etc...

I want to spend about 200-250.
Give me some of your suggestions please.

LoL I figured I would get that reply, but I was hoping it wasn't the first post =/

Anyhow, moving on I might just donate it or sell it for 100.00 and build just a decent 2nd system.

Or better yet, maybe use it as a file server ooooohhhh !

That would make a decent file server. But for $250 you couldn't make it to much nicer for a workstation. I've done a lot of low budget specing but that my friend just wouldnt be possible. Could it make a new machine, yes. Would it be anywhere near decent by todays standards, no. Unless you got VERY lucky on ebay or something...
