PARTS PREFERENCES: Putting my faith in the community for recommendations

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Maybe

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 2560 x 1440

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 2 additional 1080 monitors that will likely be shut off for gaming sessions. The wild dream(probably not in budget) is 1440p 114fps to max out my main panel. The more realistic want is 1440 at 60-100 fps in major titles on High+.

Edit: Looks like I didnt actually ask a question here.
The question is: What parts should i upgrade to get the experience i'm looking for? Everything listed are current parts.
