What titles do you play? Assuming 1080p?

While a 3770S is certainly showing it's age and cannot be overclocked, it should still be capable enough pairing with a stronger GPU than a 1050TI.
I wouldn't go too much higher, but an RX580 might be something to consider.

What PSU do you have?

Anything beyond a GPU upgrade requires a full platform overhaul (CPU+MB+RAM) and is probably not a great plan if you're strapped for cash.
What kind of budget do you have?

Monster Hunter and Ark are the only games that ive run into that I can play at 60 with good graphics. I have an Rx 530

Try reducing details in games to see if that improves frame rates. If it does, then you are mainly GPU-bottlenecked and in that case, I'd say save until you can afford a GTX1660 which you can carry over to whatever CPU+MoBo+RAM you upgrade to later.

I'd just tough it out as-is until Navi and Ryzen 3000 have launched. Worst-case, performance-per-buck should increase by 20-30% across the board. Best-case, it may increase a whole lot more than that.
