Hello!
Every time I turn on my pc the gpu fans speed up to full speed. This did not happen when I had a 1st gen processor. I contacted AMD and they told me it is a normal behavior, which has to do with some motherboards with 3rd genprocessors. However, I contacted my motherboard manufacturer, and they couldn't reproduce the same fan issue using the same configuration as mine. So I do think there's missing information... So I wonder if someone here is experiencing the same issue. Do you know how to solve it?
It is worth mentioning that bios and all pc drivers are up to date

My configuration:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Galax RTX 2060 Super Ex
Team Group Vulkan 8gb 2666mhz (My 2 x 8gb 3200mhz order will arrive soon)
AsRock Steel Legend B450 ATX (Bios version is 3.2 )
