Upgrade versus new purchase comparison

I need to know on average how much the following upgrades would cost compared to if it was new:
CPU,RAM, Hard drive, CD-R drive,DVD-ROM drive, DVD-RW drive, Bli-ray drive, flash card reader, and other storage device

Can you rephrase the question and be less shallow with what it is your are asking. And why post in this Vista esection of the Forum?

its where i find most of my hardware.

Its impossible to give you prices on anything so vague... a CPU can run from 200 bucks, to over a grand. So saying a new CPU isn't helpful
