Question Upgraded my PC - BSOD when running more than 1 stick of RAM - MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL etc

I upgraded everything in a PC I built in 2013 except a PSU from like 2016ish. The PC runs fine on 1 stick of RAM but when I try to put in my second stick it'll BSOD after a few minutes, and I've also had it shut down without warning. I've tried updating drivers, flashing BIOS, Microsoft blamed it on hardware so I RMA'd one of the sticks because memtest flagged it for failing test10 but the new stick is providing the same BSODs. I'm just trying to find some more opinions on how I should approach this now. I'm okay with just running the 1 stick but I would really like to get the full potential of what I paid for.

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory (only 1 stick at a time)
Storage: Samsung PM961 128 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive - Windows + a few games
750GB WD HDD
VGA: EVGA GeForce GTX 1650 4 GB XC GAMING Video Card
PSU: EVGA 650 GQ, 80+ GOLD 650W, Semi Modular

I would contact ASrock as right now, I would be inclined to blame the motherboard. See what they suggest.
If PC crashes if you have more than 1 stick in, its difficult to test what other hardware might cause that problem as its difficult to isolate it.

If all 4 sticks pass memtest in 1 slot but cause crashes if more than 1 is in board... I am not hardware whizz but perhaps only other cause could be CPU maybe as it is has the memory controller on it. Could check pins on CPU aren't bent?
