Upgraded my RAM. Did I do the wrong thing?

I upgraded from 8 gigs of CL8 1866 memory (G. Skill 4x2) to 16 GB of CL10 1866 memory (HyperX Fury 8x2) I got new ram because I wanted double the RAM so I wouldn't have to worry about it for a while and so it would match the rest of my red build. Also because I didn't want to fill the rest of my RAM slots with another 4x2 kit... Will going from CL8 to CL10 downgrade my GAMING performance? I know it's slower, but I don't know if it will effect gaming that much. Thanks!

More ram trumps faster ram.
There is virtually no difference in performance on intel haswell processors.
