Upgrading EMachines? Help with parts :)

The E Beast: emachines et1331g-07w

What I need..

1. Want to add 2x 2gb memory sticks. Need to know wth is in it..all it says is kingston 2gb..and if I have to match that? Or can I go even cheaper.

2. A really cheap wifi card..bluetooth would be awesome but not needed.

3. I need to know if a better cpu is even possible..its a pretty clunky processor.. Amd athlon II x2 I think..like 1.6 ghz? Lol.. If I cant its no big deal. The power supply says 300w max 80+ bronze.

Is there any other parts I can upgrade wothout going TOO crazy? Or is this pretty much it? Its a friend of mines.

Exactly, if he keeps his multi-tasking to a minimum, he'll get way better performance with the faster cpu.

Do not do this again.

Win 7 vs Win 10? Very, very similar performance. You would not gain any "WOW This works so much better!" with Win 7 vs Win 10.
Especially in this old slow eMachine.

A balanced system, within the current budget, is the answer.
