I'm new at all of this computer things so please help me.
I have Intel i3 8100 and Intel UHD 630, and I want to get a better performance in low price, what should I buy cpu or gpu?
And if I'm buying one of them do I need to buy other spacial things?
Thank you
BTW I have a prebuilt PC, I hope it doesn't matter

Getting a discrete graphics card would help with gaming performance.

Please list full specs of your pc. This determines, what graphics card you can put into the pc.
PSU determines, what power gpu you can use (you may need to replace PSU too).
PC case determines, what physical size gpu you can put in there (you may need to replace case as well).

How do I check all that?

What's the model name of this pc? Can you show any photos? (upload to imgur.com and post links)
You can get some info about the system with cpu-z and hwinfo software.

To assess physical space available, you'll have to open up your pc and
to find out PSU installed, you'll have to read label printed on PSU.

Do I need to unplug the PC before opening it?
