Upgrading from Asus P8H61 SERIES LGA 1155 Motherboard

Which motherboard to go for to upgrade my 2 years old plus for Sata 3 and usb 3.0 and which to go for AMD or use same intel i5 to transfer to new upgrade motherboard? Also I need more slots just for expansions cards.

CURRENT MOTHERBOARD: ASUS P8H61 SERIES (LGA1155)
MEMORY: DDR3 1333MHZ (2X 8) BRAND NEW
ADD ON 2 PORT SATA 3 (6GB SPEED) CONNECT TO SSD BUT I HAVE 4 HARD DRIVES
USB 2.0 BUILT IN CURRENT MOTHERBOARD
INTEL I5 CPU

I need to find an upgrade to latest Sata 3 (6fb) slots and usb 3.0 slots but I did find everything but don't know which one to go for either AMD or transfer current intel 5 cpu to upgrade new motherboard. Also I have Windows 8.1 and Linux Mint partitions. I only use pc to play virtual worlds online and email, browsing and other tasks.

Just get the H77, Z75 or Z77, those MB should have the SATAIII and USB3.0 ports. If you go for the AMD system you need spend more ( CPU+MB).
