Question Upgrading from i5 4440 to Ryzen 5 2600.

Is it worth it? I mostly play games like Fortnite and will it make any difference? I wanna run fortnite around 200 FPS on low settings. Some expert's advice would be appreciated. Is the Ryzen 5 2600 good for gaming?

IMO if you can find an intel processor around the same price would recommend that, e.g the i5 9600k. Gaming performance is much better and would recommend it over the 2600, would only go 2600 if you were to be streaming as well.

I don't think Ryzen 5 2600 and i5 9600k are in the same price range. I5 9600k costs around $100 more.

We are now but ~20 days or so from the release of all new Ryzen processors; barring a miracle sale like $35 for an R5-1600, or $150 for a 2700X, etc., I'd be VERY tempted to wait for a new one...

The 2600 is an improvement aswell since 4t arent enough for modern games.

I'm not living in USA, I'm from Pakistan and the prices are way higher for new products here.
