Hello there people!

I would love to get some info in that is it worth for me to upgrade from i7 2700K 4.5ghz

I mainly tend to play games I have 16gb 1600 ram but the cpu cannot use all of that if I'm not wrong.
I'm also running a GTX 1060 6gb
I have about 180€ for a cpu it don't matter if I need a new board for it or new rams since I use ddr3 now on lga1155 board.
Any suggestions?

Newer parts will require DDR4.

You have a well balanced gaming system and it should handle newer games fine if your playing at 1080P. I would recommend saving up a bit more for a more worthwhile upgrade (AMD Ryzen 3/4 gen or Intel Cascade Lake).
Second this, save up for a new CPU/MOBO/RAM trio, your 1060 6GB meets recommended specs for pretty much everything new that's coming out you'll be fine for a couple years with that GPU

For 1080p 60Hz your fine if you turn down some settings in recent games.

New CPUs from Intel and AMD this year, better wait. Also new GPUs from Nvidia and AMD this year. Your current system should be good until you upgrade for the upcoming CPUs and GPUs

the 2700k CAN address up to 32GB.
The only limitation would be if you're still using a 32-bit W7

I was thinking about a upgrading to 1080ti

I'ed get it even if it did bottle neck my current system if the price was good. Doing bunny hops with gear will let you have a still okay card when you do your whole motherboard, CPU, Memory later.

I have a few 1070's sitting up the road and waiting for the right price to jump. Going to put into our older i7 2600 and see what happens.

I am planning to change basically everything in my system its just a matter of time but I will buy parts in well parts so I wont buy the whole upgrade at once because its a big overkill on the prices like that. So it's more like if I buy the new GPU will I get a significant boost in perofrmance in games or other programs such any graphics design program or in engines such as Unity, Cryengine, Unreal Engine. By the way my final build would be the following

Intel I5 9600k / i7 9600k ( I'm not so sure which is better but looking at prices i5 would be a better choice because its much cheaper and almost the same performance regarding gaming)
1080Ti or 2060 Ti(if there is a TI version for that possibly the best version I can get from it)
16gb 2666-2300 Ram
Any motherboard that supports an M.2 SSD and is ATX
I have a CoolerMaster PSU 650 W I'm not so sure if I have to change that if I do i would love to get some recomendations onto what.

I basically accept any kind of advice since I do not know how well I know about these stuffs even though I'm learning this yikes.
Atleast I learn something new also if any recommendations to something better I would love to hear it.

The gpu will give you a noticeable boost in gaming performance. And will get better once you get a better cpu to go with it.

The i7 9700k is the better bet vs the 9600k. Itll last slightly longer as even 6 core cpus are beginning to struggle in newer titles. Most new z390 boards will have m.2, if not all. And with atx size you have plenty of options to choose from.

2666 ram? Dont know why you'd limit yourself here. You'd at most be saving a couple bucks vs 3000 or better, if even saving at all.

Depending on the age of the psu, it's a good idea to replace. Cooler master makes ok psu, but not great. 650w will still be enough though.

I'd only get the 1080ti if you find a really good price on one. Id lean toward the 2060 super. It's almost as good, its newer, and likely cheaper.

The 2060 super would be inline with a ti variant as I doubt they'll make a 2060ti.

I say 2666 because it depends on my MOBO and CPU and if I get any suggestions then I want them to be atleast capeable of handling 2666 ram since my current one is only for 1333
