TLDR:
This is my first time Upgrading my computer ( a starter computer made by Ibuypower back in 2017) I just need help figuring out what I need to upgrade along side my graphics card, and if so, what recommendations experienced PC builders would suggest.

Solution
Upgrade to an RX 590 Fatboy, Upgrade your RAM and CPU as well alongside the PSU to a 650 Watt because that 2070 will not work well AT ALL if you don't upgrade the rest of your parts with it. Is that $1500 budget for the upgrades? If so I can recommend a lot of things.
  1. Replace your motherboard with a 3rd gen ryzen motherboard like the B450 gaming plus max.
  2. Get a Ryzen 5 3600x or regular 3600.
  3. Get a Corsair RM series 750 watt PSU if you can afford the 2070S including what I listed below, if not a 650W will work fine. (fully modular is recommended, but not mandatory).
  4. Get 32GB of RAM, like 4 8GB sticks of G.skill Trident Z RAM, or 4 16GB sticks if you can. Try to keep the frequency above 3000MHZ.
  5. If there is enough money...

  6. If the point above is too expensive, get a 5700XT or 5600XT instead (AMD card, but they're good).
